Henriette Dalby

My ambition is to enable individuals and teams to make the transitions that matter to them – big and small – by supporting them to prepare well and execute with confidence. I am passionate about helping teams understand what makes them tick and how their unique constellations of skills can be combined to achieve big, hairy goals that might otherwise feel out of reach.  

My strengths lie in breaking down complex problems and cutting through the noise to make things happen; managing human/change processes, programme design, governance and complex multi-stakeholder project delivery; and unlocking high performance in individuals and teams. 

Before joining the team at S7, I spent 5 years at an Anglo-Nordic advisory firm driven by its mission of ´reinventing growth´. Most of my time was spent developing and delivering programs that enabled corporate leadership teams to identify and take concrete steps towards future-fit growth models, leveraging toolsets in strategy, innovation, leadership and culture change.  

Highlights include delivering ‘The Future is Here’, an 18-month leadership programme for the management board of DB Schenker, and leading the development and delivery of a suite of innovation ‘studios’ at The Exchange (an annual conference for 500 leaders that has been sponsored by Yara, Nordea, Mastercard, Innovation Norway and the City of Oslo). I also worked on a range of engagements for companies including Verizon, Ingka Group and Unilever. 

Prior to this, I was HR executive and business partner at a multinational logistics company, where I led the delivery of people strategy across a global network of 5,000 employees in 26 countries and held generalist people and organisational development roles in Australia and New Zealand. Here I ensured ‘best for business’ advice, coaching, training, procedure and process to enable and empower line managers to carry out people management responsibilities across the entire employee life-cycle. I also drove employee engagement, culture and change management activity across the region, and led the implementation of the company’s first HR information system across my division. 

I am from Norway, but have lived in Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, the UK, and Brazil. I temporarily live in Rio de Janeiro with my husband and two little girls. Outside of work I love eating good food and experiencing new cultures, spending time with family and friends, and being in the great outdoors.
