Our vision and purpose

S7's vision is a world in which businesses that help the world forward outperform the ones that don't.

 

Businesses that recognise and take responsibility for their true systems impacts – which never stop at the boundaries of their operations but extend into complex environmental ecosystems, socio-economic dynamics and even the political and geopolitical domain.

 

Leveraging our long experience as leadership, strategy and sustainability consultants as well as our systems-thinking-informed approaches, we help leaders drive transformation in their teams and organisations – in line with the health of the environmental, social, political and geopolitical systems in which they operate.

How many times have you heard someone say: "keep it simple, stupid"? Lists - especially three-item ones - are memorable and therefore useful tools for making sense of things. But too often, this drive for simplicity leads to reductionism and denial of complexity. Which is also... stupid. So, instead of 3, we go for 7.
